TrackTown USA selects Rosterfy as their volunteer management solution

After an extensive search, TrackTown USA has selected Rosterfy as their volunteer management solution to help streamline and manage volunteers.


After an extensive search, TrackTown USA  has selected Rosterfy as their volunteer management solution to help streamline and manage volunteers to support their yearly calendar of premier track and field events. 

Committed to inspiring the next generation of track and field athletes and fans, TrackTown USA has a history of hosting some of the country’s largest meets, including the 2016 IAAF World Indoor Championships and the U.S. Olympic Trials in 2016 and 2020. TrackTown events will typically attract upwards of 1,300 volunteers each year. 

Having previously managed their events individually with volunteers required to re-register for each event, TrackTown USA is excited to use Rosterfy to streamline processes for volunteers and administrators alike. 

Beth Garland, Director of Workforce and Sport Services said, “Volunteers have always been the backbone of all TrackTown USA events. By implementing Rosterfy, we’re excited to present to our volunteers a more streamlined and user-friendly experience where they can now create one central account for all TrackTown USA events.”

With a database of 5,000 volunteers, TrackTown USA will utilize Rosterfy for the end to end volunteer management including recruitment, screening, scheduling, training and communications. In particular, TrackTown USA’s workforce team is particularly excited about using Rosterfy’s attendance tracking solution, where previously manual processes for check in will be replaced with their online solution.
