Rosterfy is delighted to announce that they have been selected as the workforce management solution for the home of British Motorsport, Silverstone.
Building on the momentum of the 2012 London Olympics and the demand for volunteer opportunities, Silverstone’s Race Maker Programme attracts thousands of applicants each year with 500 volunteers required to support its flagship events including the British Grand Prix and the British round of the MotoGP championship.
By implementing Rosterfy, Silverstone is looking to create a more engaging experience for its volunteers, whilst also delivering a more seamless experience for its administrators by replacing manual processes with automations.
Silverstone’s Volunteers Manager, Lauren Sainsbury said, “Volunteers are integral to the successful delivery of all of our events here at Silverstone. With a small team in place, we’re really excited to be implementing Rosterfy, in particular their automations technology, to allow us to better focus on engaging with our volunteers.”
“By providing a central volunteer account, personalised experiences and communications plus access to training and upskilling opportunities, our volunteers will have the resources they need to get the most out of their experience, which in turn will help to see Silverstone’s Race Maker Programme flourish.”
Silverstone will use Rosterfy to manage its end to end volunteer program including recruitment, screening, scheduling, training, communication and onsite management.
