2. Navigate to the SCHF landing page
3. Complete a volunteer sign-up
4. Be manually entered into the Salesforce system

This complexity often led to friction and low volunteer engagement.

Solution:

With the activation of the Seek Volunteer/Rosterfy Integration, Sydney Children's Hospitals
Foundation integrated and automated the sign-up process, eliminating two major steps and
streamlining the entire workflow. Volunteers could now sign up and activate their participation in
significantly less time and with fewer touchpoints.
