Melbourne, Australia – October 2, 2025 — Rosterfy, the world’s leading volunteer management platform, today announced the appointment of Chas Offutt as Global Head of Partnerships. Offutt will lead Rosterfy’s global partnership strategy, expanding relationships with technology providers, agencies, and ecosystem partners to accelerate growth and deliver greater impact for nonprofits, sporting organizations, municipalities, and enterprises worldwide.
Rosterfy empowers organizations to mobilize their communities at scale, simplifying the way they recruit, engage, and retain volunteers. From supporting nonprofit leaders such as Blessings of Hope and the British Heart Foundation through to the world’s leading events including the past 13 Super Bowls, SXSW, Kentucky Derby and many more, Rosterfy’s platform enables customers to deliver seamless volunteer experiences while driving measurable outcomes.
“Chas brings more than 15 years of nonprofit technology and partnership expertise to Rosterfy,” said Bennett Merriman, CEO of Rosterfy. “His track record of scaling partner ecosystems and generating measurable growth makes him the ideal leader to expand our partnerships program and strengthen our global market presence.”
Prior to joining Rosterfy, Offutt served as Technology Partner Manager at Fundraise Up, where he grew the company’s technology partner ecosystem from 15 to 125 partners, generating over $5 million in total pipeline in under two years. He also founded Nonprofit Tech Partnerships, a consultancy that helps early-stage nonprofit technology companies accelerate growth through scalable partnership programs, building on his experience advancing digital transformation at PBS, guiding nonprofits toward stronger engagement at Blackbaud and Convio, and expanding global partnerships at Rosterfy to help organizations mobilize their communities at scale.
“I’m thrilled to join Rosterfy at such an exciting stage in its journey,” said Chas Offutt. “Rosterfy has already transformed how some of the world’s most impactful organizations manage their volunteers, and I’m eager to expand our partnerships to bring our technology to even more nonprofits, federations, cities, and enterprises around the globe.”
This announcement comes as Rosterfy continues its rapid expansion across North America, the UK, Europe, and APAC, with partnerships serving as a key driver of growth.
