Tottenham Hotspur Foundation has selected Rosterfy, the global volunteer and workforce management platform, to unify its volunteer operations onto a single platform. As the charitable arm of Tottenham Hotspur, the Foundation runs community, education and employability initiatives designed to give young people a genuine route into work, apprenticeships and employment. With that work growing across multiple programmes, the Foundation needed a single system to bring previously disparate volunteer initiatives together, and the partnership with Rosterfy supports its ambition to become the most socially impactful sports foundation in the country.

Rosterfy will automate the Foundation’s onboarding requirements, including references, background checks, code of conduct agreements and training videos, so every volunteer will be fully compliant before they start, without manual admin work.

Local coordinators and volunteer-led groups will manage specific activities directly on the platform. The Foundation’s central team will retain a complete, real-time view of volunteer impact across every region and programme.
Impact reporting becomes automatic
Rosterfy will automatically log volunteer hours, activity and event attendance, feeding directly into the Foundation’s social value and impact reporting, replacing manual data collation.

Volunteers will access a branded mobile portal to receive news, communicate via threads, and claim rewards or sponsor-linked incentives, creating a consistent, on-brand experience tied to the Foundation’s community.
Room for growth: API integration on the roadmap
The Foundation is also exploring API integration between Rosterfy and its existing app and website, keeping volunteers within its own digital ecosystem as the programme scales.
