OzHarvest, Australia’s leading food rescue organisation, has selected Rosterfy as their volunteer management software platform to enhance their volunteer experience and streamline their volunteer operations. OzHarvest have launched Rosterfy in Queensland, New South Wales, and Australian Capital Territory, with further expansion throughout the country to come.
Since implementing Rosterfy, OzHarvest have already seen considerable operational efficiencies including an 80% reduction in the time required to onboard new volunteers, with the process now taking on average one week, as opposed to up to six weeks previously.
As part of this initiative, OzHarvest will leverage Rosterfy’s advanced features to build a more impactful, efficient, and user-friendly volunteer experience. Key highlights of the collaboration include:
- National Crime Check (NCC) Integration: With Rosterfy’s seamless integration with NCC, OzHarvest can ensure the safety and security of its volunteers by conducting quick, automated background checks.
- Two-Way Salesforce Integration: This powerful integration allows OzHarvest to streamline data management, enabling real-time communication between Rosterfy and Salesforce to enhance volunteer management and reporting.
- Role Offer Recruitment Process: Volunteers can now easily apply for roles through Rosterfy’s automated system, making the application process more efficient and transparent for both volunteers and OzHarvest’s volunteer coordinators.
- Rosterfy Mobile App: Volunteers can access their profiles, view available shifts, and manage their bookings all from their smartphones using Rosterfy’s intuitive mobile app, empowering them to engage with OzHarvest on the go.
