Loris Konaizeh is the Corporate Volunteering Manager at Alzheimer’s Society, with a background spanning volunteer management, programme management and community engagement. Originally starting her career in banking, Loris transitioned into the charity sector after experiencing first-hand the impact of employee volunteering.

Today, she leads the organisation’s Corporate Volunteering programme, shaping its strategy, growth and long-term development. Her work focuses on creating impactful opportunities that deliver shared value for both charities and corporate partners, while building the infrastructure needed to scale effectively. Loris is particularly passionate about helping organisations move volunteering beyond “nice to have” activities and towards becoming a more strategic and integrated part of how businesses and charities create social impact together.
