CUSTOMER REFERRAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  1.       Points are calculated based on 10% of the first-year value of a referred deal (excluding professional services) and is a flat incentive.
  2.       10% referral payment based on 1st year Referral payment will be a singular payment, and not on-going.
  3.       Referral payment will be only with leads from customers with a minimum 3 year contract only 
  4.       Leads must be submitted via the official form and will be qualified within 48 hours.
  5.       Only new leads not already in active sales discussion with Rosterfy will be accepted.
  6.       Referral payment will occur only after Stage 5 closure and customer payment of invoice. You will receive  confirmation and the option to select your organisations preferred benefit.
  7.       Points are non-transferrable and redeemable as outlined in the programme benefits table.
  8.       Rosterfy reserves the right to modify or end the programme at any time.
  9.       Participation implies agreement to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
  10.       By submitting a referral, the referral partner confirms that you have obtained all necessary consents and approvals from the referred individual from a respective organisation to                share their personal data with Rosterfy, ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.
POLICY STATEMENT

Rosterfy’s advocacy programme is designed to acknowledge organisations that help grow our community of impact in a compliant and ethical manner. All recognition is directed to the referring organisation (not to individuals), and options include service credits, donations to registered charities, or product enablement offerings that directly support organisational use of Rosterfy. 

Rosterfy complies with all applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption,  and gift regulations, including those in the UK, European Union, Australia, and the United States. We do not provide monetary payments or personal incentives, and our programme is not available to government officials or individuals involved in regulated procurement decisions.

Supporting documentation is available upon request to assist with your internal compliance requirements.
