Rosterfy Platform (Admin and Volunteer Portals)

Rosterfy is committed to making its platform accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We are continually working to improve the accessibility of our admin and volunteer portals and to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standard.

Our commitment to accessibility

We are committed to improving accessibility across our platform and work with external partners to assess and address issues on an ongoing basis.

Our current accessibility status

We are working towards conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA as a foundation, with the intention of progressing towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA in line with current UK and international accessibility standards. Some parts of the platform do not yet fully meet these standards and we are actively working to identify and address gaps as part of an ongoing programme of improvement.

We have made accessibility improvements across the platform over time and are working towards a more structured and comprehensive approach to addressing these standards.

We periodically assess our platform across mobile, volunteer portal, and admin portal to identify accessibility issues and prioritise improvements. In 2025, we completed an independent external audit of our mobile app. An audit of our volunteer and admin portals is planned for 2026.

Known accessibility issues

We are aware that a number of accessibility issues exist across the admin and volunteer portals. These include issues relating to keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, colour contrast, and interactive elements. We have a remediation roadmap in place to address these issues and continue to refine it as our understanding of the platform’s accessibility needs develops.
