Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation was involved in the testing phase of the Rosterfy/SEEK Volunteer integration.
Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation faced challenges with manual workflows and a multi-step volunteer sign-up process that often caused volunteer drop-off and low conversion rates—averaging around 30%.
Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation had previously been using SEEK Volunteer, for volunteer recruitment but without an automation in place to support the volunteer application journey, they experienced a high drop-off rate. 1. Sign up in Sign-Up Genius (internal platform)
2. Navigate to the SCHF landing page
3. Complete a volunteer sign-up
4. Be manually entered into the Salesforce system
This complexity often led to friction and low volunteer engagement.
