Rosterfy is proud to announce that they will be working with Western Australian based not-for-profit organisation, Ocean Heroes, to streamline and manage their volunteers.
Since 2016, Ocean Heroes has improved the wellbeing of over four thousand children on the Autism spectrum to enjoy the thrill and wonder of surfing in a supportive and safe environment.
Run almost entirely by volunteers, over 60 volunteers are required each month to support over 120 kids and their families at their public events with additional volunteers required for their one on one private surf experiences. With plans to resume events interstate, Ocean Heroes was looking for a solution to help engage and streamline their volunteer management.

Having previously managed their volunteer program through spreadsheets and online groups, Ocean Heroes will utilise Rosterfy to provide a centralised end to end solution for their volunteers around the country. In particular they are excited to implement an incentive program that rewards their volunteers for their time in exchange for hours volunteered.
