Volunteers are at the heart of the Pregnancy Sickness Support (PSS) mission, providing care and emotional support to women suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) – an extreme pregnancy condition often mistaken for typical morning sickness.
PSS has a dedicated community of 200+ volunteers offering peer support to women navigating this debilitating condition. Managing essential volunteer screening, training and communication processes required a centralised management solution.
By streamlining and expanding their volunteer programme with Rosterfy, Pregnancy Sickness Support is able to provide faster, more effective care to HG sufferers.
The Challenge
Managing multiple volunteer roles while coordinating essential screening, onboarding, and training processes placed a significant administrative burden on Pregnancy Sickness Support.
