Blessings of Hope serves over 60,000 high quality meals each day to help fight hunger within their community.

Powered by their staff and a large team of volunteers, Blessings of Hope repackage foods into manageable sizes and organize it for regional ministries, churches, disaster relief organizations and food banks to distribute efficiently to ensure that no one is left hungry. 

With over 30,000 registered volunteers and close to 1,000 volunteers per week, Blessings for Hope was looking for a solution that would streamline their comprehensive scheduling requirements for their large contingent of workforce.

The Challenge

Blessings of Hope volunteers fulfil a variety of roles from stocking shelves and packaging family boxes to forklift operators, truck drivers and fundraisers at events. Despite their significant volunteer requirements, Blessings of Hope currently have a four-month waitlist to volunteer with their organization, which is an incredible reflection of their mission to eliminate world hunger.

The Solution

With Blessings of Hope preparing to open new locations, Rosterfy provided the flexibility to scale sustainably and manage larger volunteer cohorts seamlessly.
