REFERRAL PARTNER PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.  Eligibility & Process
  • Referral must be submitted via the official referral form.
  • The referred organisation must not be in existing discussions with Rosterfy.
  • Referrals must be for organisations with more than 300 active volunteers.
  • Only referrals that result in a minimum 3-year contract will be eligible.
  • Lead will be validated by Rosterfy within 48 hours of submission.
2.  Commission & Payment
  • Referral Partners will receive a one-time commission calculated as a % of the net first-year Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), excluding professional services or discounts.
  • Commission is only payable after the deal reaches Stage 5 (contract signed), invoice is paid in full, and Rosterfy confirms eligibility.
  • Commission will be paid in the local currency, with payment timing and method to be confirmed at point of eligibility.

3.  Compliance Obligations 

You must not offer, promise, or provide anything of value to secure a referral in violation of any anti-bribery, anti-corruption or anti-money laundering law, including but not limited to:
  • U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)
  • UK Bribery Act 2010
  • Canadian Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act
  • EU AML Directives
  • Australian Criminal Code (Cth)

Rosterfy reserves the right to audit referrals for compliance. Breach will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of any commissions.

4.  Tax and Legal Status

  • You are responsible for reporting and paying any tax liability associated with commissions earned.
  • You are acting as an independent third party and not as an employee, agent, joint venturer or partner of Rosterfy.

5.  Warranties Disclaimer

Rosterfy makes no representations about conversion likelihood of any submitted lead.

6.  Indemnity Clause

You agree to indemnify Rosterfy for any loss or damage resulting from your breach of these terms

7.  Non-Circumvention

You must not attempt to bypass Rosterfy’s sales team for direct commissions.

8.  Changes and Termination

  • Rosterfy may amend or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice, including changing the commission structure.
  • Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and the Rosterfy Privacy Policy.

9.  Governing Law

Jurisdiction clause defaulting to where Rosterfy is incorporated or allowing local law to apply based on partner territory.
