Guide to Rosterfy for Volunteers
Rosterfy's platform is designed to make volunteering easier and more accessible. We've created this guide to help answer some of the basic questions you might have as a volunteer using a volunteer portal powered by Rosterfy.
Keep in mind your volunteer portal will look different depending on the organisation you are supporting and how they have chosen to set it up.
What is Rosterfy?
Rosterfy is a platform that empowers volunteers to take control of their volunteer experience.
The desktop portal and full-featured mobile app provides a central location to find opportunities, apply for roles, complete onboarding and training, access shift information, and stay connected to the organisation you’re supporting.
How to log in
Once you have registered to volunteer with an organisation, you will receive an email with a link to your volunteer portal.
There are several ways to login, either by entering an email address or using a social login such as Google, Facebook, or Apple.
Your volunteer portal
After logging in, you will be welcomed to your volunteer portal. This has been set up by the organisation you are volunteering with, it’s your central account for everything volunteer related.
Navigate the user-friendly dashboard to find volunteering opportunities, onboarding and training requirements, communications, and information about upcoming roles or shifts.
Manage your account
If you need to update your personal details, general information or account settings you can do this at any time in your volunteer portal under ‘My Profile’.
