Overview
This article provides valuable tips and insights about the Reports module available in the Rosterfy admin console. The Reports module is a powerful tool designed to help admins analyse and interpret data related to their operations. By leveraging this module, administrators can access various types of reports that offer detailed information on volunteer engagement, event participation, and resource allocation.

Downloading Reports
To download a report, simply click the Download button against the required report. The report will download to your nominated downloads folder on your device.
Regenerating Reports
If you need to regularly download an updated version of a report, simply click Regenerate against the required report, then Download once it has updated.
Updating Reports
If you would like to make changes to a report after you have created it, click More Actions > Update then follow the prompts.
Duplicating Reports
You can also duplicate a report to create a new version, allowing you to make changes without affecting the original. To create a duplicate, click More Actions > Duplicate, then follow the prompts.
Sharing Reports
Once a report has been created, you have the ability to share it with other admins on your Rosterfy account. To share a report, click More Actions > Share. A pop-up will appear for you to search for other admins, then click Add.
Bulk Update Report Owners
Reports can be filtered based on who created the report, either by adding the created by field to your columns and sorting or by using the advanced filters.
You also have the ability to bulk update report owners, this can be helpful for when the owner has left the organisation or when the admin access has been removed from a person.
You have the option to update all listed reports or just selected reports.
To bulk update report owners, follow the below steps:
- In the Admin Console, navigate to Reports > Reports.
- Select the applicable reports or if wanting to update all reports, simply click Actions > Bulk Update Report Owners.
- Enter the new owner name and select which reports it applies to, then click Update.
