What is an Engaged Candidate?
An Engaged Candidate is a user who has performed any actions on Rosterfy after registering, such as signing up for a shift, expressing interest in an event, applying for a role, submitting a custom form, completing training or undergoing a background check. Interactions of Engaged Candidates are tracked over a rolling 12 month period.
What is a Contact?
A Contact is a user who has not performed any actions or interacted with any of the Rosterfy modules as an Engaged Candidate. Contacts can create an account (registration), receive communications and update their Profile information only.
