Rosterfy utilises Amazon Simple Email Service (Amazon SES) for our email communications and as such, are informed of email Statuses which will typically include 'Hard' and 'Soft' Bounces - outside of traditional email statuses.
A 'Hard' Bounce, is defined by a 'Permanent' status, and should be actioned by removing from future communications should your email history, or report from Rosterfy indicate that these emails have not been received due to one of these permanent reasons.
A 'Soft' Bounce, is defined by a 'Transient' status and you can typically retry and send the initial, or new communications, after a short while.
