New Features

‘Add to Calendar’ link within emails
A new mail merge tag has been added which will allow administrators to insert an ‘Add Shift to Calendar’ link into email communications. This will allow users to add their upcoming shifts into their own calendars with a click of a button.

Ability to import all headcount modules via excel/csv, i.e Functional areas, Job titles, Location and Venues.
The import function has been added within each section of the headcount module

Integration with ZEROONE (E-learning Platform)
ZeroOne will now appear as an option within the Integrations page in the Rosterfy admin console.

New contact centre option added - ServiceNow
Users can now send communications to ServiceNow from the portal using the contact centre (Note - only available for customers with a ServiceNow subscription)
